The Brussels-Capital Region has contracted VIRTUALIS to organise from 30 March to 31 May at the Royal Tour & Taxi Warehouse an exhibition as a symbolic way to say Xie Xie – Merci – Dank u – Thank you to Shanghai city for hosting the World Expo and the Belgian pavilion.
The 41st World Expo in Shanghai took place from the 1st of May to the 31st of October, 2010. It closed its doors after 6 months and a record attendance of more than 73 million visitors, a flurry of Heads of State and Heads of Government and a series of breathtaking activities and shows.
VIRTUALIS coordinate the scenography of the Belgian pavilion, one of the 10 most visited pavilions with 6.5 million visitors and demonstrated its dynamism and savoir-faire throughout the entire duration of the Exhibition.
At the Belgian pavilion the Brussels-Capital Region present its know-how by pairing high-performance technology with its considerable scientific, cultural, academic, and economic heritage. This Brussels expertise will be therefore displayed at the Royal Tour & Taxi Warehouse.
